- All our orders are discreetly packed with your privacy in mind; we even have an obscure return address on the parcel.
We aim for our orders to be packaged and shipped same day, using Royal Mail First Class. For your peace of mind we ship more expensive orders using a tracking service, so you can see exactly where your parcel has got to. - Privacy & Security

The Student Lingerie website uses 128-bit Industry Standard Encryption to ensure that the information you enter on our website is secure and cannot be intercepted by 3rd parties. - Ordering
- Student Lingerie appreciates the fact that you are busy with parties, relaxing and procrastinating and do not want to spend ages filling in forms so we’ve made ordering as simple as possible. Browse our website, and when you want to order a product choose the size and colour if needed, and then just enter the quantity you want and click Add to Cart.
Alternatively, if you are lucky enough to have someone to order for you, you can add the items you want into your Wishlist. Once you are happy with your selection click My Wishlist at the top of the page, and send it to who you want to order for you (you will need their email address). - Viewing Orders
- You can view your past and current orders by clicking on My Account at the top of the page and clicking My Orders in the list on the left that will then appear. If you have any issues please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Updating Account Information
- You can update your account information at any time by clicking on My Account at the top of the page. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date, and we may at our discretion remove accounts with incorrect information. It is in your interest to do this as we at Student Lingerie do randomly select customers each day to send a birthday present to, and we’d hate for you to not receive yours if you are selected.
